项目经理 - 建筑工程

Responsibility

1. Work as the representative of or interface with client for the project assigned
2. Assist sales and marketing team to prepare proposal/contract by providing time frame, resource needed, and other support for the project in the negotiation stage.
3. Analyze the requirements with the customer, determine the strategy for the proposal and evaluate the feasibility. (required by more experienced PM)
4. Lead the tasks in the pre-construction stage in terms of permitting, bidding (LDI, GC, Jianli) and design management.
5. Oversee technical and organizational management as well as the financial aspects of the project.
6. Negotiate significant changes in project specification or scope with the project client.
7. Prepare Project Implementation Plan to determine time-frame, funding, limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project.
8. Lead a team of subordinates, sub-contractors to execute projects in a timely manner, within budget and with optimum resources.
9. Monitor and analyze project activities against the business plans, analyze the business equation and, if necessary, take corrective actions.
10. Ensure the quality of the project (quality control on workmanship and material, schedule, cost, profitability, etc.).
11. Liaison with external parties of the project to solve the problems which need external support/approval.
12. Make review and comments for the weekly and monthly project report, and submit monthly report to client.
13. Prepare project close out or final report and provide lesson learnt for BV’s improvement.

Requirement

1. Education: Bachelor degree or above, Construction, Civil Engineering related major preferred 
2. A minimum of 8 years’ experience in similar field, at least 2 years project management experience
3. Knowledge & Experience in Civil Engineering is a MUST (须土建项目经验/背景）
4. Knowledge in international engineering and project management systems
5. Proven performance in foreign funded projects is a plus
6. Good communication skills and business awareness
7. Management aptitude (leadership, decision making)
8. Good English and local language skill
