Duties & Responsibilities: 
  • Liaise with business leaders/managers to develop and implement local compensation & benefits(C&B) strategies that are appropriate for the business needs, and consistent with the company’s overall reward strategy.
  • Define and develop the C&B programs and activities to meet the company short-term or long-term objectives with regards to internal equity and external market competitiveness
  • Lead/manage routine C&B related processes/operation, e.g. budgeting, salary planning, merit increase, incentive scheme, etc.
  • Assist SBU/HRBP to establish performance review and evaluation system of the company, organize the execution of the system on a yearly basis.
  • Stay informative of industrial trends through market events or C&B survey activities. Analyze and evaluate external market data as well as internal data about the company’s current employee population and future needs to develop salary budgets and forecasts.
  • Bridging with global C&B team, leading the job evaluation, job grading, pay equity, etc.
  • Build/maintain people dashboard to support business decisions on a regular basis.
  • Coach or train China HRBP team with the C&B methodology or practices.
  • Other tasks assigned for need.

 

Job Requirements: 
  • Bachelor degree holder or above in HR management, Finance, Data Analysis or other related disciplines
  • 8-10 years’ working experience in C&B function, MNC or C&B project management experience are preferable;
  • Good logical thinking, sense of data, solid C&B knowledge and good understanding of local laws;
  • Good communication and outstanding problem-solving ability;
  • Able to tactfully deal with difficult and sensitive situations
  • Fluent in written and oral English;
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel and PPT;
  • Having consulting related working experience is a plus.
