Key Responsibilities:

  1. HR Partnership:  
    • Collaborate closely with business leaders to align HR initiatives with overall business objectives.
    • Act as a advisor on HR-related matters (with Co-work with COE & SSC), providing insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.
    • Follow up the development and implementation of people strategies that support business growth and transformation.
  2. Talent Management:  
    • Co-work with N+1 to partner with line managers to identify, develop, and retain key talent.
    • Conduct performance management activities, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual performance appraisals.
  3. Employee Engagement and Culture:
    • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that reflects the company's values and mission.
    • Organize and facilitate employee engagement surveys and initiatives to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.
    • Co-work with TD on the change management initiatives to support organizational transformations and ensure employee adoption.
  4. HR Operations and Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
    • Learn how to manage employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations, while maintaining a fair and consistent approach.
    • Co-work with HR SSC on HR administrative functions such as onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and record-keeping.
  5. Continuous Improvement and Data Analytics:
    • Utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends, make data-driven decisions to support on N+1, and measure the effectiveness of HR programs with guidance.
    • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in HR operations.
    • Responsible for the HR dashboard build up in 2025 with co-work with HR COE team.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2~ 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a corporate or business partner role.
  • Knowledge: Good understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and best practices in talent management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication (Good Oral English), analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Competencies: logical thinker, results-oriented, and a strong advocate for employee engagement and well-being.
