Duties & Responsibilities:

-Establish the future strategy for cost analysis & allocation of HR according to region (site) mid-term and long-term strategy. Adjust the organization from time to time in order to meet the manpower demand in future  different stage, manage and forecast people cost and drive organization effectiveness and efficiency.
-Develop and implement key HR processes, i.e., recruitment, training, compensation and benefits with CoE’s guidance and supports. 
-Deploy BV Performance Management in responsible region (site), including Objective setting, MyPerformance, MyDevelopment, feedback conversation, etc., and solve key employee issues to ensure a high performance organization. 
-Initiate & lead activities increasing satisfaction, motivation, engagement and retention in responsible region (site) through BVocal program execution and action planning, gather feedback from managers and employees, to continuously improve employee engagement level.
-Work with TD CoE team to implement and facilitate site training activities and follow up training progress.
-Define, collect, analyze and use indicator data from a variety of sources to support business decision
-Support site leaders on total personal cost control, monitor OT and attendance record with support of SSC. 
-Provide HR consultancy support to management team as well as to employees.
-Other HR tasks assigned by business management team

Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to drive HR major initiatives throughout the organization
- Sound knowledge of local labor laws and people cycle
- Demonstrated ability to influence and coach managers and employees
- Fluent English both in Spoken and written

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Minimum 5-8 years HRBP relevant experience in MNCs with min. 2 years team management experience.
