Scope of activities :
- Provide legal support on commercial and operational matters, including contract review, drafting, and negotiation
- Assist in legal risk assessment and provide practical, business-oriented advice to internal stakeholders
- Support Ethics & Compliance initiatives, including internal policies, training, and regulatory monitoring
- Contribute to Government affairs-related matters, including regulatory communication and coordination where required
- Assist in disputes and litigations management and coordination with external counsels
- Support corporate housekeeping and internal documentation management
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to the M&O Legal & Compliance function
