1.      Establish and maintain major account relationships and meet personal sales targets

2.      Monitor competitive activity in each key account and ensure that appropriate response action plans are formulated and communicated according to strategy by supervisor

3.      Execute quarterly review and share within sales organization

4.      Retain and grow key account business and the customer portfolio in his area of responsibility

5.      Develop new chain / key customers in his area of responsibility

6.      Establish and build strong client relationships overtime that allow for continuity and ongoing representation

7.      Implement and adapt the agreement for international chain accounts according to national needs

8.      Participate in the contribution margin development for all key accounts business (e.g. implementation of price increases, product mix, service commitment to the chain)

9.      Responsible for Customer Relationship Management (incl. project / marketing strategy, problem solving, implementing the company’s cross-selling strategy)

10.   Collaborate with business units and other functional units to do marketing and business development work

11.   Participate in the plan process of existing and new chain accounts

12.   Communicate market information back to the organization



  1. Education background: Bachelor degree or above, Construction/Civilization or other Engineering related major preferred
  2. More than 6 years working experience in Sales, BD or KA Management function, in foreign-owned company
  3. Industrial experience in Construction/Chemical/Medical/Manufacturing can be considered
  4. Experience in sales of software/ solution/ service/ consultancy is highly preferred
  5. Strong communication and presentation skill with good business acumen
  6. Self-driven, High sense of responsibility and team spirit
  7. English capability
  8. PC skills
