Operational Excellence Manager 精益管控经理

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Develop, manage and implement the company’s Digitalization & Operational Excellence strategy in line with company’s objectives and priorities

2. Work with operations to re-engineer process flow for more customer focused, higher productivity, better quality and faster service

3. Develop metrics to measure success of Digitalization and Operational Excellence projects

4. Develop and manage process to benchmark and share best practices in Digitalization and Operational Excellence projects

5. Train and develop teams in adopting Digitalization and Operational Excellence tools

6. Work with internal IT team and external subcontractors for Digitalization and Operational Excellence project development. Able to manage outsourced IT projects.

Requirements:

1. Over 5 years proven track records in Digitalization and Operational Excellence transformation in large and complex organization.

2. Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt is a plus. Experiences in process re-engineering

3. Understanding leading edge technologies in Digitalization and Operational Excellence transformation

4. Degree in IT or Business or Engineering or Science

5. Good communication skills. Able to communicate with top management, Operations, IT and external subcontractors

6. Willing to travel within China occasionally

7. Proficient in English and Chinese

8. Proficient in computer software such as Windows and Office.
