Duties & Responsibilities

1. Customer service and coordination of requirements of existing customers.

2. Coordinate and communicate with the operational department and PSD to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.

3. Monitor the rate and accuracy of projects together with KAM.

4. Help KAM to handle customer inquiries and help to solve problems if any incidents happen.

5. Assist KAM to issue quotations, check the bill and handle complaints.

6. Collect information about CDM, help KAM to develop new business.

Skills & Requirements

1. Bachelor and above.

2. 1-3 years work experience in TIC as CS or coordinator, technical background and E-commerce experience will be better.

3. Strong communication and negotiation skills

4. Very customer-oriented teamplayer

5. Ability to work independently and under pressure, good cooperation skill with teamwork
