Bureau Veritas is looking for a Regional HR Performance Director; ideally, we are encouraging candidates who have strong capabilities in these skills to join us.  We welcome candidates who are keen to work in Shanghai, Mumbai or Kuala Lumpur to join the APA region. 

 

Objectives:
 
The Regional HR Performance & Digital Director is strategic role focused on functional excellence through:
 
  • Co-designing and implementing standardized HR services
  • Driving organizational efficiency
  • Enhancing employee experience
  • Leading the Group HR transformation journey
  • Accelerating shared service capabilities
 
 
Job Responsibilities and Competences:
 
 
Strategic HR Transformation
  • Assess current HR operational capabilities
  • Contribute to global HR shared services model design, development of detailed implementation roadmaps and deploy standardized delivery models and processes, identifying process optimization opportunities
  • Lead HR integration strategies for mergers and acquisitions
 
Process Redesign
  • Map existing HR processes
  • Develop scalable service delivery models, implementing HR service management best practices
  • Create and manage HR performance metrics and KPIs
 
People Analytics
  • Gather and analyze HR service metrics, identifying improvement areas & track process enhancement impacts
  • Utilize data and metrics to assess HR efficiency
 
Technology Integration
  • Review HR organization benchmarks and drive digital HR platform adoption. Ensure technology implementation
  • Support change management strategies and enable local HR team exécution

 

 

 
Qualifications:
 
  • Master's degree in HR Management, Business Administration
  • 5-10 years' experience in HR roles 
  • Strong change management expertise, strategic thinking and proactive mindset. 
  • Advanced knowledge of HR technology platforms, strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills 
  • Proven shared services implementation track record
  • Experience in M&A HR integration
