Job Summary:

  • Establish the sales network with the goal of increasing the sales volume, including establishing remote sales offices.
  • Manage, communicate, monitor, train staff, review and audit related sales processes and operations to maximize sales efficiency and company profit.
  • Set up and distribute the sales target of team members and manage the clients resource in the team
  • Support SBU hold marketing and sales acitivity

 

 

Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Manage CPH sales team staff that can implement sales processes and operations effectively.
  • Cooperate closely with the internal departments concerned for engineering, lab, finance controlling, administration and customer service for better services.
  • Explore and maintain the good relationship with key accounts.
  • Develop and implement strategies and tactics to ensure that the marketing objectives are met for SBU and China region
  • Analyze market needs, customers’ expectations and competition.
  • Monitor competition from new competitors (their strengths, weaknesses).
  • Handle Customers' enquiries on test procedures, progress, results, and charges.
  • Internal communicate with different departments, handle the sales issues and vendor complaints.
  • Lead and train the team members.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and extensive management skills. Good team leader and good team player.
  • Possess good knowledge of sales, CPH testing criteria, the industry as well as the company's product & service. 
  • Solid selling & presentation skills. Good interpersonal & organization skills.
  • Good sense of information collection; make sales plans and implement.
  • Clearly understand the company's branding & marketing mix.
  • Adaptable to different cultures.
  • Proficiency in office software and English.
  • Self-initiative and aggressive, Customer focused, Energetic and willing to work overtime. 
  • Proactive and flexible; willingness to travel extensively.
