Job Summary:

Accountable for new product category and new market region development within in designated Strategic Business Unit(SBU). Lead Development Team to achieve strategic profile priorities sales targets and work closely with sales team to leverage resources to drive SBU organic growth target.

 

Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  1. Develop new product category/market region development strategies and facilitate team members to promote relevant testing and transversal service in order to achieve the business target.
  2. Proactively identify new business opportunities of new product category/market region, coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product lines and operation and subject matter experts to ensure seamless delivery to meet client’s expectations.
  3. Monitor and analyze the new market trends and identify areas for SBU to invest and implement strategies to drive business growth.
  4. Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes and best practices in relevant business areas and share the knowledge with the sales team to position Bureau Veritas as a trusted advisor.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 10 years of experience in a marketing and sales field, preferably in the sustainability, inspection, certification, or professional services industry, with a focus on the Toy related industry will be a plus.
  2. Demonstrated track record of successfully managing and growing in new product category or new market region.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior-level executives in China.
  4. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English, both verbal and written.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  6. Bachelor or above, major in marketing, chemical, or business English is preferred.
