Ø Purpose of Position
- The Job Incumbent is responsible to centrally manage relevant decision making activities related to International Competency Centre for Schemes such as ISMS, QHSE and FSMS on Pan-India & Global basis as relevant.
- The job incumbent is responsible for conducting value added audits, as & when required by the organization, against the relevant standard.
- The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy
Ø Major Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate, using appropriate checklist, the technical content, accuracy, and relevance of audit report in line with ISO 17021-1: 2015, CER-MS and/or all scheme specific requirements – e.g. ISO 50003, ISO 27006 etc.
- Identifying gaps, inconsistencies, or areas for improvement in audit reports ( Queries or defects)
- Provide feedback with Auditors and Certification Decision Makers
- Collaborate with other Technical Reviewers to ensure consistency and alignment
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and records of their review activities and recommendations.
- Maintain and improve knowledge on various tools – SharePoint, Siebel, Flex, IEvaluate etc. as introduced and deployed from time to time.
- Maintain key performance indicators as stipulated through service level agreements (SLA)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data for submission to preparation and publication of dashboards as well as invoicing
- Keep and continuously improve the knowledge towards technical and regulatory aspects of industry sectors, to be able to review the audit reports in an ongoing context.
- Remain responsible for clarification regarding any doubt pertaining to defect or query
- Escalate / alert respective scheme lead for any issues like delay on responses from auditors/countries, concerns etc.
- Participate in technical discussions, meets and other events as organised by BV from time to time
- Complete all assigned E-learning in timely manner.
Ø Roles & Responsibilities for HSE
- Must comply the BV Cardinal Safety Rules in all situations.
- To comply company HSE requirements e.g. policies, Procedures, guidelines etc. and local legal requirements on HSE as applicable
- To take care of own health and safety as well as colleagues and others.
- Immediate reporting of any shortcomings on HSE i.e. any incident, unsafe work practices / conditions to his/her immediate Line Managers.
- Sharing opportunities for improvement on HSE aspects
Ø Criteria for Performance Evaluation (KPIs)
- To ensure optimization of turnaround time for ICC India files.
- Reduce Turn Around Time for the first response for file reviews
- Optimize the number of file reviewed per day
- Reduce no. of certificates re-printed due to errors in entering certificate details while file approval in Siebel
- To maintain LTO with different accreditations.
- Quality of work i.e ensuring the appropriate level of quality of service (timing, content, quality of reports) and following accepted procedures and regulations
- Contribution to Knowledge Management
- Contribution to initiatives on continuous improvement
Ø Qualification and Experience
- Science / Engineering Graduate / Post Graduate with minimum 6-8 yrs of industry experience with min. 2 yrs experience in conducting 2nd or 3rd party audits.
- Successfully completed a registered lead auditor course based on reference standard
- Knowledge of ISO 17021 & other scheme specific requirements.
- Conversant with the terminology and the principles of the relevant standards

Job Summary (Brief overview on the scope of job responsibility):
Reviewing the inspection reports of inspections carried out by Inspectors&comma to identify and rectify the administrative and technical errors in report and finally approve the same.
Interrelationships (Other key functional or communicational lines):
• Communicate with Asst. Manager (Review)&comma Senior Supervisor&comma Regional Supervisors and Inspectors – IAA for any enquiry and technical clarifications.
• Communicate with coordinator for non-technical issues e.g. report submission to client&comma etc
Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key Roles&comma functions & accountability):
• Review and validate the Inspection reports to identify the administrative and technical errors in reports.
• Provide feedback to Inspectors&comma Managers about the administrative and technical errors in reports
• Sending reviewed reports to clients.
• Update inspection details on web platform like IBMS&comma BVOS.
• Meet KPI for Technical Report Review.
• MIS to Asst. Manager – Review.
• Suggest improvement in the process&comma IFI; SOP other supporting documents&comma identified during review.
• Need to perform inspections / onsite supervision as and when required.
Required Skills & Qualification:-
• Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline/B. Tech./Diploma in the field of apparel manufacturing / quality management.
• Ability to understand the results of inspections.
• Conversant with relevant inspection techniques
• Good command of English&comma both oral and written.
• Ability to read and interpret English documents such as inspection guidelines and operation manuals.
• Willing to work in rotating shifts (7.30am to 3.30pm / 3.30pm to 11.30pm)
• Work days will be 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
• Basic knowledge of computer application in relevant software.
• Basic knowledge of camera operation.
• Basic knowledge of onsite testing equipments.
• Good time management skills.
