Purpose of Position
To develop, monitor and update the integrated project schedule, ensuring synchronization of works across towers, bungalows and external infra.
Major Responsibilities
• Prepare master project schedule and update PERT/CPM charts.
• Track physical and financial progress against baseline.
• Integrate contractor work programs into overall PMC schedule.
• Identify bottlenecks, risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Prepare dashboards and MIS reports for client review.
• Support resource leveling and optimization.
Qualification and Experience
- Graduate in Civil Engineering with 10-12 years in Project control’s experience in the construction of Residential/commercial / institutional buildings, roads and Infrastructure; and exposure to PERT and CPM techniques
Skills & Qualities:
- Proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera/MS Project).
- Analytical mindset with forecasting ability.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Detail orientation and problem-solving attitude.
