Quantity Surveyor (APCRDA)

• Purpose of Position
• To provide accurate cost and quantity control through verification, measurement, and certification of works executed.
• Major Responsibilities

• Measure and quantify executed works.
• Maintain measurement books and site-level records.
• Validate contractor’s bills with construction manager.
• Prepare variation statements and support cash flow monitoring.
• Report deviations and cost implications.

• Qualification and Experience
• Graduate or equivalent in Civil Engineering / Certificate course from Institution of Quantity Surveying' with 10 years of similar experience in execution of Residential/commercial / institutional buildings.
• Skills & Qualities:
• Proficiency in measurement and BOQ preparation.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with IS codes and contract conditions.
• Accuracy and integrity in reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Should have good leadership abilities and skills.
• Should be able to manage a team under him.
• Should have a pleasing personality
• Good communication skills.
