  • Purpose of Position

 

  • To lead the PMC team and act as the primary interface with APCRDA, ensuring that all project components (towers, bungalows, external infra) are completed within cost, time, and quality requirements.
  • The position performs in line with the Bureau  Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy
  • Major Responsibilities

 

• Provide overall leadership, coordination, and decision-making authority for the PMC team.

• Liaise with APCRDA, PgMC, contractors, and consultants on project progress, risks, and approvals.

• Review designs, execution plans, and key deliverables before submission to client.

• Ensure integration of civil, architectural, and MEP works across towers and bungalows.

• Monitor cost control, quality, and safety compliance across sites.

• Chair review meetings and submit weekly/monthly reports with corrective action plans.

 

  • Qualification and Experience

 

  • Graduate in Civil Engineering with 20 years of Project/ Construction management experience in the construction of large buildings, roads infrastructure; must have exposure to PERT and CPM techniques.
  • Skills & Qualities:

 

  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Deep knowledge of PERT/CPM and project control tools.
  • Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Integrity and decision-making under pressure.
