Job Summary (Brief overview on the scope of job responsibility):
• Assist supervisor for paper work&comma such as preparing&comma distributing and collecting back the handling kit.
• Distribute to and collect from the inspectors the inspection samples&comma issue quotations
• and reports to the client / factory.
• System maintenance such as IBMS&comma Summary report preparing.
• Attend to clients’ enquiries.
Interrelationships (Other key functional or communicational lines):
• Coordinate with local and overseas clients&comma factories and vendors.
• Coordinate with supervisors&comma Assistant Manager&comma Sub-Regional Manager – IAA for all job related activities.
Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key Roles&comma functions & accountability):
• Co-ordination with HK-office&comma Clients&comma Selling Office and Vendors for inspection.
• Receiving orders from CPSI HK as well as selling offices (Through IBMS) and collection of inspection reference details.
• Collection of inspection reference details.
• Coordinate with suppliers for scheduling inspections.
• Update the schedule data with job allocation for concerned inspector in respective region.
• Sample control and file keeping (log book maintenance).
• Inspection files preparation.
• Sending reports to client and follow up to match the TAT.
• Handling of IBMS for inspection related activities.
• Update all the weekly/monthly reports as per head office/other selling office requirements.
• Invoice preparation.
• Support the Sub-Regional Manager - IAA and supervisor for any other job as required.
Required Skills & Qualification:-
• Graduate or above in any discipline.
• Good command of English&comma both oral and written.
