PERSON SPECIFICATION

KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE:-

•    Command Center Lead will be responsible to monitor Infrastructure&comma Application&comma Network using monitoring tools
•    Should have experience on Team Handling 
•    Team engagement and development
•    Accountable for team’s recruitment&comma development and retention
•    Resources planning and utilization
•    Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.s
•    Ability to motivate the Team members and subordinates.
•    Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•    Strong understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
•    Experience working in a team-oriented&comma collaborative environment.
•    Should have the Process Implementation experience: Incident&comma Problem&comma Change&comma Release&comma

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS 

Mandatory:
•    BE/B Tech with Electrical&comma Electronics&comma Computer Science Engineering.
•    MBA Preferred

Desirable:
•    ITIL Expert Certified
