Project Engineer - Finishes-Lumina

➢ Purpose of Position
- The job incumbent is responsible for Quality Assurance & Quality Control of the construction
works at different stages.
- The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the
BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy.

➢ Major Responsibilities
- Should handle finishing works in the assigned projects.
- Coordinates program activities design to manage high end floor finishes, joinery works, wall
finishes, facades, structural glazing, wall claddings, interior works, etc. from conceptual stage
through life cycle of project.
- Develops and implements program activities, coordinates efforts of contractors, subcontractors
and consultants and resolves problems in area of finishings to ensure meeting of contractual
commitments.
- Monitor performance of contractors and suppliers.
- To implement and ensure maintenance of quality management systems for projects.
- To carry out technical supervision of ongoing Civil & Finishing work at all stages.
- Guide / Instruct Junior engineer / Supervisor to prepare required fields and reports pertaining to
project.
- To check the quality of all the materials received on site and prepare quality reports, defects, if
any.
- To check the stacking and storage of materials in various go downs and stores of the site with
- Neatness.
- To coordinate testing of materials wherever applicable and ensure specified quality standards
are adhered to.
- To coordinate with different contractors and agencies to maintain and improve quality of
construction work.
- To prepare MIS on monthly basis, monthly consumption reports, daily progress report, etc.

➢Qualification, Experience & Technical Knowledge
-Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum experience of 8 years in Finishing Works

➢Skills & Qualities:
-Should be proficient in basic Computer Applications- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Should have fair knowledge in Civil Engineering software packages like Autocad, Revit & any other.
-Should have good communication skills.
-Should be able to communicate in Hindi, English, Telugu
