Ø Purpose of Position          

 

  • The job incumbent is responsible for achieving budgeted sales each month and the total annual sales. Is responsible for implementing the new strategies, tie ups & acquisitions.
  • Training course administration from end to end and achieving the budgets.
  • The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy

Ø Major Responsibilities

 

    Open house courses:

 

  • Preparation of Annual / Quarterly and Monthly training plans / calendars
  • Sending mass mailers about open house training courses (Public announcement)
  • Calling up every prospect and converting to business
  • Collection of training fees in advance

 

    In house courses:

 

  •  Generating Enquiries
  •  Responding to all leads for training
  •  Communication with clients
  •  Submission of proposal and getting them signed
  •  Communication of training requirement to Operations team along with contract copy
  •  Ensure that any changes / requirements of clients are communicated to Operations team correctly
  •  Collection of payments

Training Admin:

  • Course administration for the region / office
  • Course scheduling and updating the TRDB (Training Database) for each and every course
  • Initiate actions to develop new tutors and co ordinate with Mumbai office for their approval
  • Upload all IRCA courses onto TRDB and submit BVCI courses for approval 
  • Control of Certificates and DSO
  • Arrangements for course venue and other administrative work
  • Printing of all course materials
  • Scheduling of tutors for all courses in SIEBEL
  • Preparation and issuance of all Invoices
  • Co-ordination with other regions for requirement of tutors

 

     General:

 

  • Ongoing updating of client list and individual delegate details
  • Expanding the data base
  • Tracking competition data and escalating
  •  Accounts reconciliation

 

Ø Roles & Responsibilities for HSE

  • Must comply the BV Cardinal Safety Rules in all situations.                                                                                       
  • To comply company HSE requirements e.g. policies, Procedures, guidelines etc. and local legal requirements on HSE as applicable
  • To take care of own health and safety as well as colleagues and others.    
  • Immediate reporting of any shortcomings on HSE i.e. any incident, unsafe work practices / conditions to his/her immediate Line Managers.
  • Sharing opportunities for improvement on HSE aspects

Ø Criteria for Performance Evaluation (KPIs)

  • Achieve Sales
  • Payment collection in advance
  • Minimum Course occupancy
  • Development of new territory based on plans
  • Maintaining a clean database of contacts and regularly updating
  • Error free course documentation
  • Error Free course material
  • Compliance to IRCA/ BMS/ BVCI norms
  • Timeliness for course approval including uploading in TRDB
  • Accounts receivable management in DSO
  • Achieve Customer satisfaction w.r.t all parameters except tutor performance
  • Timeliness in invoicing

 

Ø Qualification and Experience

 

  • Any graduate with min 4 years of experience in the field of marketing.
  • An MBA would be added advantage
