Ø Major Responsibilities

         

    Understanding Certification Process

 

  • Demonstrate the ability to identify the significant aspects of a client’s processes & organization in order to develop a quote
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the certification cycle process (initial audit, main audit, surveillance audits, recertification, transfer audit, extension/ reduction of scope/sites)
  • Demonstrate an awareness of key BVC systems and tools  
  • Prepare Contract review based on filled-in application received from the client

 

    Sales

  • Recert sales in all CER products
  • Making reports for the area / region.
  • New Sales
  • Training Sales
  • Sales of new products
  • Sales force filling in, in a timely manner – meetings, leads, opportunities, proposals issued, contracts won etc.
  • Sales force Integrity – Marking proposals as Must – Wins, Large Contracts, Won and Lost etc.
  • Networking with consultants.

 

Ø Roles & Responsibilities for HSE

  • Must comply the BV Cardinal Safety Rules in all situations.                                                                                       
  • To comply company HSE requirements e.g. policies, Procedures, guidelines etc. and local legal requirements on HSE as applicable
  • To take care of own health and safety as well as colleagues and others.    
  • Immediate reporting of any shortcomings on HSE i.e. any incident, unsafe work practices / conditions to his/her immediate Line Managers.
  • Sharing opportunities for improvement on HSE aspects

 

 

 

                                         

Ø Criteria for Performance Evaluation (KPIs)

 

  • To understand the CER process
  • To achieve individual sales budget / target in the area / region
  • To increase the number of proposals compared to previous year
  • To sell a diverse range of CER products
  • To minimise attrition of clients
  • To achieve a higher manday rate
  • To ensure SF filling – in and integrity in a prompt and timely manner

 

 

 

Ø Qualification and Experience

 

  • Any / Engineering Graduate
  • MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
  • More than 3 yrs. exp. in sales & marketing, preferably from Certification Body

 

 

 

  • Skills & Qualities:

 

  • Should be a ‘Go to Market’ attitude personnel
  • Should have a pleasing personality
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Good excel skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Good data analysis
  • Good interpersonal skills
