Ø Purpose of Position-

  • To supervise electrical installation, testing, and compliance works related to overall project execution and Fire NOC requirements.
  • The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy

 

          

Ø Major Responsibilities

  • Monitor installation of electrical infrastructure as per GFC drawings.
  • Supervise HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, cable routing, earthing & lightning protection.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory requirements.
  • Oversee T&C of all electrical and ELV systems.
  • Review shop drawings, load schedules, and single‑line diagrams (SLDs).
  • Coordinate with façade, HVAC, mechanical, and fire protection teams for service integration.
  • Maintain documentation, inspection records, and test reports.
  • Assist in material inspection, technical reviews, and contractor billing.

 

 

Ø Criteria for Performance Evaluation (KPIs) -

  • Timely completion of electrical installation & commissioning activities.
  • Zero electrical safety violations.
  • Quality of electrical works (audit outcomes, NCRs).
  • Accuracy of test results and compliance certificates.
  • Coordination efficiency with other service providers.

 

 

Ø Qualification, Experience and Technical knowledge-

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 8+ years' experience in high‑rise commercial/retail projects.
  • Expert knowledge of HT/LT systems, ELV, IBMS, Fire Alarm, and life safety systems.
  • Understanding of IE rules, IS standards, energy‑efficient design principles.
