➢ Purpose of Position
- Shall prepare Mass Market offers and tenders for the key accounts, large offers as & when
required & tenders across CS region for IND BL.
- The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the
BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy
- Responsible for keeping the proposal & contract files to its completeness and easy retrieving
➢ Major Responsibilities
- Tender Register and Sales Force entry for new inquiries, bid opening details & contract
booking.
- Preparing synopsis, project description & offer self review of tenders & Large Contracts as
and when required
- Documentation & Preparation of tenders/offers.
- Preparing Contract acknowledgement & ensure its FLEX / Siebel (software) opening.
- Regret Letters
- Tender/Offers/Correspondence letters dispatch & tracking for courier.
- Co-ordinate with other area offices.
- Keep track of bids/offers submitted till its final outcome.
- Offers/Contract Reviews format Sales Force format & FLEX No. opening.
- Keep track of EMD's submitted & follow up for its release.
- Keep Track of BGs submitted and follow up for refunds as applicable
➢ Roles & Responsibilities for HSSE
- Responsible for compliances of all applicable statutory laws and regulations as well as Group
HSSE policies and procedures etc. in relation to Health, security, safety and environment
and workmen employment.
- Responsible for establishing, implementing, monitoring and reviewing the HSSE
Management System (in line with ISO14001:2015 & ISO 45001 standards) within his/ her
Region/Location/Team
- Responsible to take reasonable care on health and safety of their own, colleagues and
others working surroundings.
- Responsible to report promptly to immediate superior on any abnormalities and incidents
found related to Health, Security, Safety and Environment

Criteria for Performance Evaluation (KPIs)

3 years plan implementation.
-
New sales objectives as per budget to be achieved along with N+1
-
Follow up for legal document & Payment with Clients.
-
Creating visibility in the market/market penetration by sending mailers to new customers (at least 20 in a month) & follow up for business

Qualification & Experience
-
B.Tech – Mechanical along with Post Graduation into Marketing (Preferred)
-
3 - 7years’ experience into sales & marketing .

Should be a ‘Go to Market’ attitude personnel with ability to connect people, client contacts at higher level & should be able to convert contacts into business.
