Technician-Lab

Ø Purpose of Position

• The job incumbent is responsible for conducting tests in area of responsibility.
• The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy.

Ø Major Responsibilities

• To assists the Lab Manager for conducting the tests as per standard test method
• To perform tasks assigned by Lab Analyst and / or Lab in Charge
• Maintain documentation, reporting and traceability of tested samples
• Report to Lab In-charge of day-to-day testing

Ø Criteria for Performance Evaluation (KPIs)

• Number of tests performed without errors or complaints
• Accuracy and timely performance of tasks assigned
• Compliance of internal and external guidelines, policies, procedures

Ø Qualification, Experience and Technical knowledge

• Any Graduate/Diploma with min. 2-4 yrs. of relevant industry experience 

Ø Skills & Qualities

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Should have a pleasing personality
• Good communication skills.
