Job Title: Executive - Sales & Marketing

Reports to (job): Manager - ITD West
Ø Purpose of Position
- The job incumbent is responsible for Business Development.
- The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy
Ø Major Responsibilities
- Business Development for product portfolio. This includes the commercial activities such as market Survey, support to network, BV India.
- Assist the management in identification, preparation and submission of pre-qualification, express of interest, offers & tenders. This includes offer and contract review.
- Identify & manage large clients / opportunities / Key accounts.
- Cross Selling - leveraging BV service portfolio.
- Preparation Quotations, in consultation with Area Manager.
- To create job file and to prepare job instructions to field inspectors.
- Finalization of inspection schedules and deploying inspectors.
- Client interaction; providing daily updates on the progress of the job, issuance of final certificates, invoicing, collection of inspection fees, obtaining customer feedback for improvement of service quality.
- Business Development activity; Visiting new and existing clients, Identification of new markets and submission of weekly client-interaction reports and project alerts to the concerned manager.
- Forwarding the consolidated reports to the business line and area manager.
- Ensure implementation of QMS in the area of responsibility corporate standards (e.g. Code of Ethics, BV Values, corporate identity, policies, procedures)
Ø Criteria for Performance Evaluation (KPIs)
- Sales, revenue as per business plan.
- Client relationship – Retention and Growth.
- Account receivables.
- Compliance of internal and external guidelines, policies, procedures.
- Internal and external customer service satisfaction (e.g. number of complaints)
Ø Qualification and Experience
- Post Graduate / Graduate with min. 2 yrs of relevant industry experience
- Management degree will be an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of QA/QC/QMS will be preferred
- Skills & Qualities:
- Should be a ‘Go to Market’ attitude personnel with ability to connect people, client contacts at higher level & should be able to convert contacts into business.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Should have good leadership abilities and skills.
- Should have a pleasing personality
- Good communication and presentation skills.
