KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.    Performance and Skill Development
›    Design and implement learning strategies and programs based on thorough research and current market trends
›    Evaluate individual and organizational training and development needs
›    Support the development of a multi-skilled workforce by assessing current skillsets and identifying individual training needs

2.    Training Planning and Coordination
›    Oversee planning and execution of training programs
›    Establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders
›    Ensure training programs meet highest industry standards
›    Liaise with training vendors and department heads

3.    Training Delivery and Evaluation
›    Timely delivery of training across GPC - GS GBL CIO & SSC India
›    Introduce innovative training methodologies
›    Evaluate training session effectiveness
›    Generate comprehensive training outcome reports
›    Implement enhancements based on feedback

4.    Training Material Development
›    Research, prepare, and update training materials for all processes and development initiatives.
›    Incorporate latest content preparation techniques
›    Collaborate with Trainee & Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content

5.    Knowledge Management
›    Initialize and consolidate Knowledge Assessment processes
›    Conduct periodic knowledge assessments
›    Analyze assessment results for skill enhancement
›    Prepare action plans for continuous improvement
›    Identify employee competencies for resource movement

6.    Administrative Responsibilities
Provide support and supervise the following activities:
›    Maintain comprehensive training records
›    Create and update training-related spreadsheets
›    Manage training calendars
7.    General Responsibilities & Accountabilities  
›    Must comply with the BV Cardinal Safety Rules in all situations.                                                                                        
›    To comply with company HSE requirements e.g. policies, Procedures, guidelines etc. and local legal requirements on HSE as applicable
›    To take care of own health and safety as well as colleagues and others.     
›    Immediate reporting of any shortcomings on HSE i.e. any incident, unsafe work practices /     conditions to his/her immediate Line Managers.
›    Sharing opportunities for improvement on HSE aspects.
›    Perform any other duties whenever required by the organization and extend support to other colleagues/teams whenever required.

 QUALIFICATION: 
›    Any Graduate 
›    Minimum 4 - 5 years of training and development experience
›    Professional certifications in training/learning development (advantageous)

 TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
›    Advanced proficiency in MS Office
›    Knowledge of E-learning platform and Learning Management Systems (preferred)
›    Advanced training design and delivery skills

Interrelationships (Other key functional or communicational lines):

•    Communicate with technical & training center to the on-site training activity; 
•    Communicate with line leader / office head / branch office manager to trainee's performance briefing. 
•    With operating office colleagues.


Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key Roles&comma functions & accountability):

•    Provide on-site training&comma do exam for trainee&comma record and report the training; 
•    Provide training course for specific product; 
•    Prepare training material and quiz for specific product; 
•    Collect training samples.
