Position Overview
The PLM Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting and optimizing product lifecycle management processes, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.
Key Responsibilities
•    Analyze and document current PLM processes and workflows
•    Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define PLM system requirements
•    Support PLM software configuration and implementation
•    Develop and maintain PLM system documentation
•    Conduct user training and provide technical support
Required Qualifications
•    Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
•    3-5 years of experience in PLM or product development environments
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Proficiency in PLM software (e.g., ARAS, Teamcenter, PTC Windchill)
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills
