KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
›Create, edit, and maintain templates, SOPs, scorecards, and quality documentation across GPC
›Ensure QPAC scores, findings, and RCA are accurately recorded in monthly checklists
›Lead quarterly review & analysis at individual, team, and GPC levels to identify trends & improvement areas using key quality tools like RCA, Pareto analysis, control charts, and scorecards
›Generate reports that analyze trends & provide actionable insights from QA data
›Establish end-to-end feedback communication methodology & empower quality focus groups with support from Team Leads & Managers
›Monitor qualitative & quantitative targets to ensure alignment with performance standards
›Scale QA through technology adoption & process improvements.

Lead the development & implementation of GPC’s Quality Management System (QMS), including monitoring systems & processes
›Plan, develop, & deliver training to ensure quality standards are understood & met across teams
›Prepare & manage the yearly performance audit schedule, including structuring audit panels & allocating audits
›Ensure timely audit logistics management — calendar blocking, invitations, stakeholder alignment, audit deliverables & ensure timely closure of non-conformities (NCs)
›Uphold governance protocols to maintain performance audit credibility & consistency
›Identify & implement opportunities to enhance audit effectiveness & impact of quality initiatives
›Reinforce the strategic purpose of audits, QPAC across teams & functions
›Facilitate collaboration & bridge gaps between audit parties
›Organize quarterly auditor forums to share insights & strengthen alignment
›Gather & implement audit feedback to drive continuous improvement
›Sensitize GPC teams to align to the quality objectives & ensure timely, quality deliverables
›Monitor team performance against defined metrics & KPIs, identify opportunities for improvement
›Support the development & reinforcement of a strong quality culture across GPC.

 

QUALIFICATION:
›Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification
›Preferred 5–7 years of relevant experience, with at least 2–3 years in a quality leadership or process excellence role

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
›Proficiency in MS Office suite & relevant software/applications
›Proficient in process mapping, documentation, and optimization techniques, including Lean, Six Sigma, and data visualization tools like Tableau
›Proven expertise in quality tools (e.g., RCA, Pareto analysis, Control Charts, Scorecards)
›Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) & continuous improvement frameworks
›Personally involved in governance to ensure quality & consistency across all deliverables (including reviews, reports), emails etc.
›Demonstrates keen understanding of quality systems to adopt best practices & drives initiatives
›Experience in audit management, performance analysis, & stakeholder engagement
