1. PURPOSE OF POSITION
- We are seeking an Sales Excellence Analyst who supports the global IPC Sales Excellence Manager by providing market intelligence, data analysis, pricing monitoring, and executive reporting to strengthen the deployment of IPC sales methodology, enhance commercial performance, and ensure consistent application of governance and best practices across countries. All responsibilities are executed within the BV Absolutes, Code of Ethics, and BV Group policies, role‑modelling integrity, accountability, and service excellence.
2. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Market Research & Business Intelligence
- Conduct market studies to assess trends, manufacturer landscape, and competitive positioning.
- Consolidate market intelligence coming from Group Market Intelligence and other sources.
- Support strategic prioritization of regions, countries, and manufacturers through data‑driven insights.
2. Data Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze sales, pricing, pipeline, and performance data from Salesforce, Tableau, and other tools.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of data across all reporting channels.
- Prepare recurring and ad‑hoc performance reports & dashboards for management.
3. Pricing Management & Follow-Up
- Assist in monitoring the implementation of IPC pricing guidelines across countries.
- Follow up with regional teams on pricing updates, adherence, and data submission.
- Consolidate pricing performance and identify deviations or improvement opportunities.
4. Executive Presentations & Communication
- Create high‑impact executive presentations for the IPC VP, Sales Excellence Manager, and global leadership.
- Present complex data in clear and concise visual formats.
- Support preparation for quarterly business reviews, community meetings, and training sessions.
5. Sales Community Support
- Act as a point of coordination for the global IPC sales community.
- Support rollout of sales methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Contribute to training materials and content for the IPC Sales Academy.
3. Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in market analysis, business intelligence, or similar roles.
- Knowledge of or exposure to manufacturers is desirable.
- Experience in an international environment is an asset.
4. Skills & Qualities:
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau or other BI/reporting platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to craft executive‑ready materials.
- Ability to work with multicultural teams and coordinate with multiple countries.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
