  • Ø Purpose of Position

     

    • The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group Policy(ies)
    • Client Relationship Management: Initiate contact with leads, provide budgetary quotations, and close deals through effective communication and negotiation. -For Lab business development and acquiring of Business for  testing related to Capex Projects In North India.

Ø Major Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and deliver Lab testing services in the respective domain.
  • Manage end-to-end sales for Construction Material Testing for Building and Infrastructure Projects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, technical documentation, and timely submission of Proposal to client   
  • Timely responding queries in an appropriate manner and ensuring smooth flow of business and improving company’s goodwill in market.
  • Keeping a proper track of all test Orders.
  • Proper Co-ordination with Lab Operation Team.
  • Follow up with government institutes, research labs, universities, and hospitals.
  • Maintain sales pipeline, achieve monthly/quarterly targets, and ensure timely payment collection.
  • Prepare MIS reports and sales forecasts.
  • Maintain sales, revenue & other financials as per business plan.
  • Identify and approach Building and Infrastructure projects for New Business opportunities North India.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close deals.
  • Develop new accounts and maintain existing client relationships.

Ø Qualification and Experience

 

    • Graduate Degree/Diploma Civil Engineering in any discipline with minimum experience of 4-6 years.

      Ø Skills & Qualities:

                  Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

        • Excellent interpersonal skills
        • Should have good leadership abilities and skills.
        • Should have a pleasing personality
        • Good communication and presentation skills.
        • This Job requires extensive traveling and Archiving of Budget as per Management Guidelines.
        • Travel within North India is the must requirements of the job.
