Missions
The knowledge assistant is responsible for understanding and executing on the timely delivery of end-to-end KM products & services as set out in the domain’s integrated knowledge plan.
The KM Assistant will work closely with the KM manager to ensure that new and existing site functionalities are being optimally used and maintained
Primary tasks will include coordination, planning, meetings with partners collecting information, creating Knowledge articles, maintaining the knowledge databases; editing and revising contents.
The Knowledge Management has developed standardized products, methods, and templates to deliver a consistent experience to clients, to improve quality, to reduce duplication, and drive ongoing innovation.
This position will elevate ideas to streamline, simplify and improve business impact and efficiency. Overall success will be measured by the achievement of domain KM priorities and contributions / impact to KM expectations.
Responsabilities
· Handle the SMAX Service Management Request for KM workflow.
· Manage the SMAX KM Articles & News workflow: Compile, classify relevant content and publish it on the platforms (Teams, Viva Engage…). Organize meetings and follow up with relevant stakeholders (creator, reviewer...).
· Manage the SMAX banner update.
· Promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing culture through defining, supporting and encouraging the use of knowledge to employees of all skill levels and roles.
· Participate in meetings and interviews to identify and create Knowledge contents and to share the KM process.
· Maintain de KM documentation up to date.
· Maintaining the knowledge management system or platform contents up to date: ensure that the KM content is up to date- (archival dates for articles follow up).
· Help capture new knowledge: suggestions for new articles content, identify the missing content (Leia reports)
· Actively share the KM news and content for IT community on the different channels (Viva Engage, Teams communities.)
· Apply the KM calendar: KPI, highlight articles, monthly reviews…

Profile & skills
· Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Library Science, Business Administration, or related field
· Additional certifications in Knowledge Management preferred
· Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, reports, KPIs…)
· Basic data management and analysis skills
· Digital content management
· Graphic Design Competencies: Intermediate to advanced skills in graphic design tools Canva
· Familiarity with collaboration tools (Teams, Viva Engage & social networks)-
· Proactive approach to knowledge sharing
· Strong communication abilities; Ability to work across different skill levels and departments, Works collaboratively with colleagues to achieve organizational goals
