The People & Culture Adminstrator is responsible for performing the people & culture related administrative duties related to the Employmetn Life Cycle, including;

             

  • Process all employee documentation (contracts of employment, new starter documentation, termination/redundancy paperwork, remuneration letters, changes to roster conditions etc.)
  • Update all employee related data on our company systems - PAN, success factors (HRIS)
  • Work with payroll to ensure both people & culture and payroll systems align correctly
  • Maintain people & culture shared services data folders
  • People & culture filing
  • Triage employee request through the team PAC-People&Culture inbox, responding to queries within 4 hours.

    The role is split between the following duties.

    Administration

    • Process all employee lifecycle documentation in the PAN system, Success Factors and save in SharePoint folder
    • Prepare all employee life cycle documentation, Releavtn P&CBP will arppvoe all documents prior to them goin to the employee (via DocuSign)
    • First level responder for all people & culture related queries to the people & culture admin inbox, escalating to people & culture advisors, managers, GM as required.
    • Support the administration of large cyclical events, e.g. Salary review process, pmp, wgea reporting
    • Entering new starters on ‘success factors’, maintenance of people & cultureis data.
    • Other such people & culture administration duties not defined above

    Qhse & code of ethics

    • Adhere to all safety procedures under supervision - by attending toolbox meetings when needed and being aware of policies.
    • Uphold BV code of ethics at all time
    • Maintain confidentiality of departmental items at all times
