Summary: 


As part of Bureau Veritas’ global HR Digital transformation, the Group operates a cloud-based HR technology platform (SAP SuccessFactors HRIS) enriched with complementary solutions deployed across a large, international employee population. 
In this context, the HRIS Specialist supports the daily stability, administration, and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, ensuring reliable service delivery, high data quality, and consistent user experience for HR teams and business users globally

Roles & Responsibilities:

HRIS Operations & System Administration (Employee Central)


•    Facilitating process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality,
•    Overseeing modules administration and evolution (SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central)
•    Maintaining and creating documentation: specifications update, process, campaign follow-up, etc. 
•    Managing support team (external partner) and follow up SLAs
•    Support system stability by monitoring recurring issues, maintaining checklists, and contributing to preventive controls (data consistency, audit checks).
•    Ensure accurate master data handling and support global HR teams on standardized processes aligned with solution functionality


Support Management (Tickets, SLAs, Vendor coordination)


•    Resolve HRIS requests and incidents (L2) and support escalations to external partners when needed; track progress and closure quality
•    Contribute to SLA follow-up by preparing operational reports/dashboards (ticket volume, aging, categories, resolution time).
•    Maintain a knowledge base (FAQs, known errors, standard work instructions) to reduce recurring tickets.

Manage project while supporting change management 


•    Validated project and evolution will be implemented based on project management methodology for which you will be accountable,
•    Monitoring the work of partner during the design and configuration of software/systems,
•    Evaluating change requests from business process owners and provider upgrades to determine if changes are feasible, assessing the impact of changes and deciding what actions to take,
•    Manage the implementation and configuration of HRIS modules, including testing, user acceptance, and go-live activities
•    Develop and maintain comprehensive HRIS documentation, including user guides, training materials, and system administration manuals.
•    Supervise technical integrations and ensure system stability.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to align business needs and SAP solutions.


Enhancements, Testing & Release Support


•    Support evaluation of change requests by documenting requirements, reproducing issues, and assisting with impact analysis.
•    Execute configuration tasks assigned by the HRIS Global Project Manager and/or product owner; maintain traceability of changes.
•    Prepare and run test scripts (unit/system), support UAT coordination, and document results for go-live readiness.

Documentation, Training & HR Community Enablement


•    Maintain and update documentation (process notes, specs updates, campaign follow-ups, user guides, training materials).
•    Provide end-user support and contribute to training sessions and communications for HR community adoption.
•    Managing change management through training and communication.
•    Support helpdesk by providing functional guidance for escalated cases based on system functionality knowledge.

     Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
•    Work closely with HR stakeholders, IT, and vendors to ensure alignment between business needs and SAP SuccessFactors solution usage.
•    Tracking relevant SAP SuccessFactors updates and sharing practical impact notes with the team.

 

Required Education & Experience


•    Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a similar position
•    Education: Advanced degree (master) desirable with strong interest for digital and HR function 
•    Employee Central SAP SuccessFactors advanced knowledge is required
•    Strong consulting skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
•    Good understanding of HR business processes
•    Strong experience in project and resource management 
•    Strong organizational skills 
•    In-depth analytical skills
•    Expert in communication and ability to influence and convince
•    Being an active listener and a good teacher (i.e. being able to popularize technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders)
•    International environment experience is a plus

 

Skills (must-have): 


•    Hands-on exposure to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (administration, basic configuration support, testing).
•    Understanding of HR processes and data (employee lifecycle, org structures, reporting).
•    Strong analytical and documentation skills.
•    Fluent English (written and spoken) in international context.

Nice to have: Payroll/operational HR domain exposure; integration awareness.
