  • Fully understand and follow the Textile Exchange & GOTS requirements and company Client Operating Procedures, Field Instructions etc.
  • Ensure customer queries are attended and responded to without any delay within 24 hours TAT or in stipulated time as defined/agreed with client.
  • Participate in all the training courses as and when scheduled.
  • Client Data Management (TAT & Quality)
  • Attending Client Calls/Trainings
  • Provide Audit Report in editable/non-editable form to the auditor as per requirement.
  • Prepare Golden/Sample Report for auditors in non-editable form.
  • Respond to client query/concern Respond to on field staff’s query/concern in earliest stipulated time for hassle free on field function.
  • Ensure confidentiality of information obtained during the course of employment in BV.
  • Support Supervisor / Assistant Manager / OO Manager for any other job as assigned.
  • Perform any job-related assignment as required by N+1 and above.
  • Timely Updating of Social Audit Law Profile.
