Responsible for  BV IBR services within  India in coordination with  following major responsibilities:

• • To perform the Inspection and certification of Boiler and Boiler components as per Indian Boiler regulations 1950 with latest amendments during manufacture , erection and use .
  • The inspection proficiency to be maintained as per IBR 1950 for keeping safe LTO of Bureau Veritas as a Inspecting authority
  • You shall always be conversant with Boilers Act 1923 and IBR 1950
  • Ready to GO IN MARKET for attending inspection as and when required
  • Fees to be calculated  as per IBR 1950 and man days fees whichever higher to be send for invoice intimation as per IBR 1950 clause
  • Roles , responsibilities of competent person be followed as per appendix J of the IBR 1950
  • Ontime invoice intimation and payment follow up with client
  • Central Boilers Board report to be send on or before 5 th date of every month to IPC coordinator

BE Mechanical engineer with 12-15 years experience in Boilers (power / process plants) with preferable exposure in power sector, particularly thermal power plants (Operation / Maintenance & Erection commissioning).

Passing Grade competent person certificate of Central Boiler Board required to process the authorization card as per regulations

Good knowledge of IBR 1950 regulations and its interpretations.
