Skills, Experience:-
- Provide local HR support to staff including but not limited to Recruitment new employees and experience employees (New HC or Replacement), T&D, Insurances, tools like Successfactors, Leave mgmt. etc
- Joining Formalities pre reporting and after reporting
- Induction Training
- New employee Data updation in SF and LMS
- Organizing medical check-up for newly joined employees and Annual medical check-up for existing employees
- employee muster updation
- Exit Formalities for left employees
- Daily Attendance Monitoring
- Prepare Employee training file (Technical and nontechnical) on roll and off role employees
- Monthly in class /technical training data updation in SF
- labour Department compliance Shops and commercial establishment Act , Contract labour act , Minimum wages Act and Payment of wages Act
- Handling local administration, liaison with local authorities
- Compliance to local requirements as below but not limited to: TNCPB compliance -Monthly return for water Effluent disposal or Hazardous waste disposal , Form - 4Annual return submission & Form - 5 Environment statement return submission, Application for new and renewal of CFO and Form-2
- Trade license
- PR preparation for materials, Vendor agreements and vendor services
- Petty cash handling
- Housekeeping Monitoring
- Security Monitoring
- Building maintenance
- Hotel and flight bookings
