Skills, Experience:-

  • Provide local HR support to staff including but not limited to Recruitment  new employees and experience employees (New HC or Replacement), T&D, Insurances, tools like Successfactors, Leave mgmt. etc
  • Joining Formalities pre reporting and after reporting
  • Induction Training
  • New employee Data updation in  SF and LMS
  • Organizing medical check-up for newly  joined employees and Annual medical check-up for existing employees
  • employee muster updation
  • Exit Formalities for left employees
  • Daily Attendance Monitoring
  • Prepare Employee training file (Technical   and nontechnical) on roll and off role employees
  • Monthly  in class /technical training data updation  in SF
  • labour Department compliance Shops and commercial establishment Act , Contract labour act , Minimum wages Act and Payment of wages Act
  • Handling local administration, liaison with local authorities
  • Compliance to local requirements as below but not limited to:  TNCPB compliance -Monthly return for water Effluent disposal or Hazardous waste disposal  , Form - 4Annual return submission  & Form - 5 Environment statement return submission, Application for new and renewal of CFO and Form-2
  • Trade license
  • PR preparation for materials, Vendor agreements  and vendor services
  • Petty cash handling
  • Housekeeping Monitoring
  • Security Monitoring
  • Building maintenance
  • Hotel and flight bookings
