1. Purpose of Position

  • Project Head- To lead and manage large-scale residential high-rise Mivan & Conventional projects, ensuring timely, quality, and cost-effective delivery while providing strategic leadership, stakeholder management, team oversight, and end-to-end project execution from planning to handover. The incumbent will drive project excellence, optimize construction methodologies, and ensure successful delivery of multiple projects in alignment with client and organizational objectives.

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership and direction for large-scale high-rise residential projects from planning through handover.
  • Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring adherence to quality, schedule, cost, safety, and contractual requirements.
  • Lead multidisciplinary project teams, consultants, contractors, and site personnel to achieve project objectives
  • Oversee project planning, monitoring, and control, including resource deployment, risk management, and progress tracking.
  • Review designs and engineering deliverables and drive constructability reviews and value engineering initiatives to optimize project outcomes.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships including developers, clients, consultants, statutory authorities, and internal management teams.
  • Ensure successful implementation of Mivan construction methodology and best practices for high-rise residential developments.
  • Drive project governance and compliance, ensuring adherence to company standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.
  • Provide strategic guidance and timely decision-making to resolve technical, commercial, and operational challenges.
  • Oversee multiple residential projects simultaneously, ensuring optimum utilization of resources and consistent project
  • Mentor and develop project teams, fostering a high-performance culture and leadership pipeline within the organization.
  • Report project performance to senior management, highlighting risks, mitigation plans, milestones, and key business outcomes.

3. Roles & Responsibilities for HSSE and Quality

 

HSSE -

  • Responsible for compliances of all applicable statutory laws and regulations as well as Group HSSE policies and procedures etc. in relation to Health, security, safety and environment and workmen employment.
  • Responsible for establishing, implementing, monitoring and reviewing the HSSE Management System (in line with ISO14001:2015 & ISO 45001 standards) within his/ her Region/Location/Team. 
  • Responsible to take reasonable care on health and safety of their own, colleagues and others working surroundings.
  • Responsible to report promptly to immediate superior on any abnormalities and incidents found related to Health, Security, Safety and Environment

 

Quality -

  • To comply company Quality requirements e.g. policies, procedures, guidelines etc. and local legal requirements on Quality as applicable.
  • Support to Customer Satisfaction and Operational Excellence.
  • Setup smart (Specific Measurable, Achievable, Relevant & Time Bound) Quality Objectives for himself and for Team in Success factor as applicable in area of Operation .
  • Responsible to report promptly to immediate superior and TIQ on any abnormalities and incidents found related to Quality.
  • Support in Complaint management & Quality Audit as applicable in area of operation.

  • BE/ B.Tech (Civil)/Diploma (Civil)

6. Experience

  • 20+ years of relevant experience in Highrise Building Mivan Project.
  • Prior experience in Project Management Consultancy (PMC) role is Preferred.
  • Experience in managing large-scale residential high-rise projects preferred at 2-3 Projects Start to End Completion is Preferred

  • Strong expertise in PMC/EPC delivery for Highrise Building Mivan Projects.

  • Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple contractors while maintaining consultancy ethics and independence.
  • Proficient in project planning, risk management, and cost control from a PMC perspective.
