Ø Purpose of Position
- The job incumbent is responsible for Project Management including Quality Surveillance and Expediting as a part of Third party inspection of various items for various Projects.
- To take up the role of Technical Quality Risk Management for BV Centre South – B&I SL.
- The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy
Major Responsibilities
Client & Project Coordination
• Act as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams.
• Schedule and coordinate audits, assessments and site visits as per client requirements.
• Collect, document and communicate client feedback, ensuring customization where required.
• Track project progress against timelines, deliverables and client commitments.
• Escalate issues and delays promptly to ensure proactive resolution.
Reporting & Documentation
• Ensure preparation, review and timely delivery of project reports to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of project status, audit schedules and feedback logs.
• Support management with project performance dashboards, trackers and status updates.
Invoicing & Commercials
• Coordinate with the finance team for timely preparation of invoices.
• Ensure invoices are accurate, aligned with project milestones and delivered to the client on schedule.
• Follow up with clients for acknowledgment and payment-related clarifications.
HSE Coordination
• Act as the regional HSE Coordinator, ensuring compliance with Bureau Veritas (BV) HSE policies and standards.
• Monitor implementation of HSE procedures across projects and sites.
• Conduct regular HSE checks, prepare compliance reports and drive corrective actions.
• Facilitate HSE awareness sessions and ensure records of incidents/near misses are maintained and reported.
Tendering & Business Support
• Provide support in tender preparation, including gathering data, compiling documents and coordinating inputs from different departments.
• Assist in reviewing tender requirements and aligning proposals with client expectations.
• Maintain repository of standard templates, past project references, and supporting documents for tender submissions.
General Coordination & Administration
• Support regional leadership in planning and resource allocation.
• Prepare minutes of meetings, presentations, and communication notes as required.
• Ensure smooth coordination across cross-functional teams and regional offices.
