For the electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical sectors (HVAC system skill could be preferable), including familiarity with CE certification processes for electrical and mechanical components (if possible also ATEX certification skill), conformity assessment procedures, and applicable European regulations and standards.
He/She has the task of carrying out Quality Control activities and Supplier’s follow-up, with the following:
Responsibilities:
- Attend quality meetings at the Supplier's location.
- Record the results of inspection activities with a special Report.
- Check suppliers' ITPs.
- Follow up the inspection and test activities during manufacturing/assembly activities, through manufacturing ITPs (assembly activities for mechanical and electrical components – including wiring check of cabinets and junction boxes inspection/verification, welding/brazing activities, NDE tests, coating/cleaning activities and all relevant process steps for the manufacturing of main equipment).
- Conduct inspections, final testing, and tests in accordance with documented procedures, standards, and international codes, in particular:

- Control of the implementation of traceability requirements
- Control of the implementation of part identification requirements
- Control of the implementation of metrology and calibration requirements
- Control of the implementation of handling, storage and preservation requirements
- Verify the resolution of non-compliances and the implementation of changes.
- Control the Supplier's adherence to its internal Quality System and verify compliance with the Project Quality Plan requirements. Provide support during ANN/Customer surveillance activities, ensuring that identified findings are appropriately addressed and closed out.
- Monitor suppliers' progress and manufacturing activities to ensure compliance with project schedules and delivery commitments.
- Expedite suppliers and subcontractors by tracking engineering, procurement, manufacturing, inspection, and documentation milestones.
- Identify potential delays and critical issues, proposing and following up corrective actions to mitigate schedule impacts.
- Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, engineering, logistics, and project teams to ensure the timely availability of materials, equipment, and documentation.
- Monitor the issuance, review, and approval process of technical and quality documentation to support project schedules.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate the status of manufacturing, inspections, documentation, and deliveries to project stakeholders.
- Support shipment readiness activities and verify that all required inspections and documentation are completed prior to delivery.
