EQUIPMENT SUPERVISOR

Responsibilites

• Supervise the installation and erection of petrochemical plant equipment in line with project requirements and schedule.
• Monitor EPC contractor activities, including equipment handling and lifting works.
• Follow up on heavy lifting activities to ensure safe and proper execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to check progress and compliance with approved drawings and procedures.
• Provide technical support during equipment installation and related lifting operations.
• Review erection procedures, lifting plans, and vendor documents as required.
• Ensure correct positioning, alignment, and installation of equipment.
• Work closely with HSE teams to maintain safe lifting and equipment handling practices.
• Report progress and any technical concerns to PMC management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in equipment erection, mechanical installation, or site supervision.
• Experience in petrochemical, refinery, or similar industrial projects.
• Experience with petrochemical plant equipment and heavy lifting tools is required.
• PMC experience is an advantage.
• Good understanding of installation standards and lifting operations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
