Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all field engineering activities, ensuring alignment with project specifications and timelines.
• Oversee the work of the EPC contractor, ensuring compliance with engineering designs, drawings, and project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure that engineering activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the construction team, addressing any engineering-related queries or issues.
• Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and technical documentation related to the project.
• Identify and resolve technical problems that may arise during construction, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
• Ensure that all engineering works are performed in accordance with approved designs, drawings, and project specifications.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that engineering activities meet the required standards and specifications.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical
• 8-12 years of experience in field engineering supervision, with a focus on petrochemical or similar projects.
• Proven experience in a PMC (Project Management Consultancy) environment is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of engineering processes, materials, and international standards.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
