Responsibilities : 

• Identify, pursue, and secure new sustainability business opportunities across Türkiye, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Azerbaijan, and Uzbekistan.
• Lead proposal development and ensure timely, competitive submission for tenders and direct client requests.
• Lead and manage delivery of sustainability projects independently or with the regional sustainability team.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle: scoping, planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
• Prepare high-quality, client-specific proposals that address technical requirements and project goals.
• Track and respond to tender opportunities across the five countries.
• Serve as the primary client contact for all sustainability engagements across the Caspian area.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and client presentations.

Requirement : 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainability consulting or project management, ideally within Türkiye or the wider CIS/Caspian region.
• Proven experience in sustainability business development, proposal writing, and tender management.
• Strong technical expertise in GHG Protocol, ISO 14064/14067, GRI, TCFD, SBTi, LEED/BREEAM, and carbon market mechanisms.
• Experience delivering ESG reporting, carbon management, and sustainability strategy projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills with capacity to manage multiple projects across different countries.
