Railway Assessor Rolling Stock / Infra

Comprehensive understanding of EU directives and regulations related to railway interoperability (e.g., EU 2016/797).

Expertise in Technical Specifications for Interoperability (TSIs) applicable to rolling stock (e.g., LOC&PAS, WAG, INFRA etc..).

Knowledge of rolling stock engineering (example mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and electronic subsystems).

Knowledge of main characteristics of railway infrastructure Understanding of railway interoperability requirements, safety principles, and lifecycle concepts.knowledge of design process, manufacturing, testing, or maintenance of rolling stock.

Familiarity with validation and verification activities, including type tests, static and dynamic tests.written and verbal communication in English (and ideally additional EU languages).

Ability to prepare clear technical reports and deliver professional presentations to clients and authorities.

Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with manufacturers, operators, and regulatory bodies.

Capacity to interpret complex technical situations and propose evidence‑based conclusions.

Ability to quickly understand new technologies and innovative rolling stock solutions.

Structured approach to evaluating technical risks and compliance gaps.

Commitment to maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of evolving standards, regulations, and industry technologies.Participation in professional training, certification programs, and industry workshops.
