Digital Business Analyst/Junior Project Manager

 

We are looking for an energetic and driven Digital Business Analyst to deliver the successful implementation of large-scale projects within our Digital business unit.

 

You will build strong relationships with various stakeholders both internal and external and manage project pipelines, ensuring that they are delivered on time and to budget and that the project status is being kept tracked, looking at risks, issues, resources, and deliverables.

 

Working in an agile environment, you will also be involved in the product roadmap and strategy and provide support on sales activities, such as demonstrations and proposals.

Responsibilities include

 

  • Provide Pre-Sale Support including supporting in the preparation of Sales Tool Kit aimed at disseminating sales capabilities
  • Prepare and execute customer facing demonstration of the products
  • Provide ‘solutioning’ input and technical feasibility analysis during the commercial phase. Interpret requirements and accurately transpose them to solutions including process/flow diagrams and documented specifications
  • Provide support during offers and cost estimation process
  • Interact with ISM teams to obtain additional expertise, security and/or roadmap information
  • Manage the delivery of won contracts including informing all operational team of the project scope, client workshop to further refine configurational requirement, solution set-up, working with the technical team on the development of any new functionalities, training of the client key users, provide support following the production launch. 
  • Overseeing the project's financial budget, notifying stakeholders of key cost implications, changes to budget, spending and cost changes
  • Remain within the scope of the project or otherwise negotiate variations of contract, to cover costs arising from out of scope works
  • Be the primary point of contact for operational matters.
  • Continuously assessing delivery methods and processes and making recommendations to the product manager for improvement
  • Identifying and implementing KPIs and project milestones
  • Forming strong relationships with the client and developing communication channels between the relevant parties
  • Ensuring contract’s Service Level Agreements are understood by all stakeholder, tracked and met
  • Acting as the key contact for clients, regularly updating key stakeholders on project status and ensuring continuous alignment with expectations
  • Analysing the success of projects delivered, producing reports and data analysis as supporting evidence

 

Candidate Requirements

 

  • Educated to an IT related degree level or equivalent
  • Highly organised and motivated
  • Mobile and flexible regarding UK travel
  • Strong software implementation experience, working on software development and software platform projects.
  • Experience of working in an agile environment with cross functional teams.
  • Demonstrate experience of managing the different phase of large-scale projects from scoping, requirement identification, specification documenting, budget tracking, stakeholder management, client communication and delivery/support.
  • Excellent Presentation and Communication Skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills be reliable, energetic, pro-active.
