Role Purpose

Your role as Senior Business Development Manager is to support the growth of the business in terms of both revenue and profitability to set targets of new business from both new and existing clients, enhance brand awareness, perception and positioning within operating markets.

In the role you will be targeting the Mechanical sector, so a background in selling either mechanical inspection and engineering insurance services would be ideal, although proven experience selling into the manufacturing, aerospace, automotive and related sectors would also be desirable.

What will you need to succeed in this role?

  • Proven sales experience in a B2B environment.
  • Demonstrable senior sales track record; with example large client accounts.
  • Key Account/ Large Contract management sales showing that they are: Solution driven, capable of Strategic thinking, and senior level Influencing/ Negotiation Skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in the UK and Ireland Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Automotive and related sectors highly beneficial.
