How can you leave your mark?

 

We are looking for a Quality Control Manager to support the implementation of the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) activities within the project, supervise the project Quality Control (QC) activities, and report to the Project Quality Manager project information and data in line with Corporate Guidelines.

 

 

Tasks

 

▪ Support the Project Quality Manager in defining the Project Quality Control System and in identifying needed project QC plans and QC procedures in accordance with the Company Quality Management System (QMS)

 

▪ Support the Project Quality Manager in planning/allocating QC Supervisor functions to the various area of the project, ensuring relevant coordination onsite

 

▪ Support the Project Manager/Project Quality Manager in relations with the Client/Authorities responsible for QC activities

 

▪ Ensure communication of all site QC matters, by holding regular meetings with Subcontractors/Client and ensure preparation of the Site QC Reporting

 

▪ Ensure application/updating of quality control plans for site works carried out by Subcontractors and check relevant QC procedures, involving site construction management/Client

 

▪ Ensure Quality control management tool updating

 

▪ Verify that internal/subcontracted tests, controls, inspections are carried out and documented in accordance with site Quality Control Plans, mechanical completion included

 

▪ Check completeness of inspection/control/test reports for construction activities and relevant compliance to specified requirements, verifying that they are recorded, filed and traceable

 

▪ Verify, jointly with site construction management, that site personnel/Subcontractor personnel hold valid QC Certificates and have suitable equipment, promoting appropriate actions when needed

 

▪ Ensure application of the PQMS and site preparation/distribution of the project QC plans/procedures in accordance with the Company QMS

 

▪ Support the Project Quality Manager in the preparation of quality control specifications for construction works, coordinating and agreeing checks by Technical Departments and Client

 

▪ Support the Project Quality Manager in conducting external assessments to Vendors and Subcontractors Quality Control System

 

▪ Ensure, in compliance with Subsidiary's procedures, issue/filing of audit reports, including those relating to follow-up on agreed corrective actions

 

▪ Ensure management of nonconformities including checking that responsible functions keep non-conforming products under control

 

▪ Promote appropriate actions to prevent or eliminate potential nonconformities and their causes

 

▪ Verify set-up/preparation of the Quality section of the final dossier in accordance to project requirements. In case of subcontracted activities, verify that QC records are properly prepared/collected;
