Role: Billing Specialist
Location: Wythenshawe - hybrid working 2 days per week from the office

Bureau Veritas is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented billing specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will become a valued member of the direct and wider team, providing financial support to our commercial and service delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process all invoicing for capital expenditures (CAPEX), including preparing fee flows, raising and issuing invoices, and updating Salesforce and Deltek systems
- Complete all credit note and re-invoicing for CAPEX, updating Salesforce as needed
- Receipt CAPEX invoice payments onto Deltek on a weekly basis
- Assist with month-end reconciliation and aged debt reporting
- Help to identify business improvements and embed a culture of "One BV" within the team
- Work with the business unit team to ensure monthly targets are achieved
- Provide general administrative support, such as compiling fee proposals, updating opportunity trackers, and document formatting
Qualifications and Skills:
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong planning and organizing skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with peers and management
- Knowledge of business improvement tools
- Understanding of construction contracts and terms
- Experience with Salesforce, Flex, and Deltek
