Role: Learning and Development, Internal Comms and Culture Manager - UK&I and North East Europe
Location: Manchester - Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office

Role Purpose: Support and implement learning and development programs for the UK&I and North East Europe teams, leading the design and implementation of internal communications. Deliver a comprehensive development program that meets the learning needs of the UK&I & NEE Regions at all levels. Ensure internal communication channels are used efficiently to foster a collaborative culture aligned with the company's values and principles. The role is responsible to meet companies' objectives, financials and related to HR.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Learning and Development (L&D)
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Senior Leaders to implement strategic and tactical development needs, focusing on talent discovery and retention.
- Continuously evaluate and assess training needs, addressing them with diverse solutions.
- Create strategic objectives and outcomes for learning programs and interventions.
- Drive the succession planning agenda with Senior Leaders and HRBPs, including regular reviews and annual talent reviews to identify risks, issues, and opportunities.
- Lead the development, launch, and implementation of the Accelerate program, emerging leaders, and other talent programs to equip our people with future skills and create a strong succession pipeline.
- Oversee leadership and management training programs within the UK&I and NEE, aligned with the SWE/Global People Plan.
- Facilitate e-learning by providing access to assigned training requirements and promoting the e-learning tool for ongoing development.
- Develop and implement a robust apprenticeship model, maximizing the use of the Apprenticeship Levy.
- Support existing BV development and leadership processes, including Annual Talent Review facilitation, coordination of sessions, and production of management data and presentations. Also, support facilitation for the European & Africa Development Centre and other Operating Group initiatives (digital coaching, mentoring, etc.).
- Organise and attend workshops and conferences, including administration of cohorts, pre-event planning, and post-event feedback analysis.
- Analyse and report the impact and effectiveness of development programmes to stakeholders.
Communications and Culture
- Develop and implement internal communications governance to ensure employees at all levels receive relevant information.
- Collaborate with internal communications to foster a culture of collaboration and high performance, creating a great work environment for all employees.
- Lead the BVocal (Annual Employee Survey) initiative, ensuring feedback is addressed and meaningful action plans are created, implemented, and communicated extensively.
- Advocate for and lead the Diversity and Inclusion agenda for the UK&I and NEE, coordinating the Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to optimise results. Develop and drive Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) initiatives and events internally and externally, integrating DEI principles into wider corporate processes and the people agenda.

- Demonstrable experience of implementing new L&D initiatives within an organisation, with positive results
- Qualification in Learning & Development (CIPD) - desirable.
