  • General Description

 

Our job performance is within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, QHSE policy, Codes of Ethics and BV Group’s policies and procedures.

 

  • Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities

 

  • Construction supervisors are responsible for overseeing the work of a construction site, ensuring that all details are completed on time and to the quality standards set by the client;
  • Provide health certificate with conclusion "fit to offshore work", and BOSIET certificate or equivalent.
  • Supervise and control all activities of construction at the construction project site;
  • Oversees the construction process and ensures all work is completed according to the project specifications
  • Participate with all stakeholders of the required construction and assist in the preparation of the related scope of work and specifications.
  • Inspecting Construction Sites: Regularly inspect construction sites to ensure adherence to project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations
  • Identify any issues or potential hazards and take corrective action as needed.
  • Ensuring Projects are on Schedule: Monitor project timelines and adjust work schedules as necessary to meet deadlines. Proactively identify and address any factors that could cause delays.
  • Managing Construction Teams: Lead and manage construction teams, providing direction and support. Hire, train, and evaluate workers to build a competent and motivated team.

 

  1. Job Qualifications

 

  • Provide professional bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Provide relevant certificates related to Construction
  • Experiences in offshore Oil & Gas industry >= 15 years;
  • Experience working as Construction Supervisorin project that having at least on Well Head Platform or equivalent >= 3 projects;
  • Experience in working as Client's Project >= 1 project
  • Communication Skill: Clarifiy and effectiveness in verbal and written communication
  • Problem-solving Abilities: Candidates showing they can handle construction-related challenges
