TASKS – ACTIVITIES – RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct quotation following requirement of clients
• Receive and transfer sample to lab, provide testing request form to lab, insure the due date is on time
• Responding to all web/email clients enquiries
• Responding to inquiries from existing clients
• Update revenue on sales force
• Minute sales meeting as assigned
• Keeping clerical update on market information including: subcontractors, competitors
• Administration support including:  setting up meeting room, creation of technical sheet,  update sale catalogue, creat PO, review/print/collect contract….
• Our job performance is within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, QHSE policy, Codes of Ethics and BV Group’s policies and procedures.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Graduated from Food Industry University, Science University, Nong Lam Univerisity major in biotech, chemistry, or similar.
• Experience: 1-2 YOE in the same position

TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

• Good in reading, writing & speaking English.
• Good command of office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, …).
• Can work independently under pressure
