Reporting: Technical Manager

TASKS – ACTIVITIES – RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform field and/or working items for construction site.
• Has experience and proficiency to negotiate with relative parties in construction project. 
• Performs advanced fieldwork and assists with project management.
• Translation and support team during meeting, document transmittal, document control and toehr as requirement.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Japanese language background, university degree or equivalent..
• 3+ years of experience working 
• Knowledge in one of the fields (construction, mechanical, structural/civil, electrical and architectural) is preferred.

TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

• Good command in office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, …)
• Fluent in reading, writing & speaking English is preferred

• Can work independently under pressure
